GAPS Masterclass

Dear Friends, GAPS Practitioners and GAPS Coaches!

The GAPS concept has been around for more than 20 years! In these 20+ years, GAPS has become a global phenomenon. People all over the world use the GAPS Nutritional Protocol for healing from all chronic illnesses – physical and mental. It would take too long to list all the diseases people have recovered from thanks to GAPS (all mental and learning problems, allergies, autoimmunity, infertility, cancer, metabolic syndrome, chronic infections, neurological disorders, hormonal problems, etc). The human body is a complex, mighty microbial community which functions on balance and harmony. What is disease? Disease is disharmony, absence of balance. GAPS Nutritional Protocol restores the balance in your microbial community. That is why there is no illness that this protocol will not help with. It brings harmony back into your body, and good health is – harmony!

I am happy to announce that my new GAPS Masterclass will soon be launched online. This masterclass will be for everybody; one doesn’t need to have any qualifications or prior knowledge to join. In this masterclass I give detailed information about what GAPS is and how to use it, and that includes spiritual aspects of disease. Here I would like to give a brief introduction to this subject. To truly understand how good health works, we need to go deeper into the true nature of human beings.

Spiritual aspects of chronic diseases

We are divine beings! The real you is a spirit. In order to interact with this physical dimension, we have physical bodies. It is your individual spirit/soul that has created your physical body. The body is a ‘vehicle’ that the real you is driving, or a ‘suit’ the real you wears for one lifetime.

Since you are a spiritual being, every chronic disease first appears in the spiritual part of you before descending into the physical body. Your spirit wants to grow, to raise its vibration higher – closer to unconditional love and divine light of the Grand Creator. That is why your spirit came into this physical dimension in the first place! But spiritual growth takes hard work, and a human being living in a physical body usually doesn’t want to do hard work. Laziness is a natural human quality. If I am comfortable, why should I change anything? So, in order to grow spiritually human beings need adversity to push them out of their comfort zone.

Chronic disease is an adversity which makes you uncomfortable, forces you to change something in your life. My clinical experience led me to a conclusion that every disease in the physical body is created by the person’s own spirit to direct this person into spiritual growth. So, in order to truly recover from a chronic illness, we must see it from the spiritual point of view. We must live and act as spiritual beings! Healing is deeply spiritual!

Going through the GAPS Nutritional Protocol makes the person grow spiritually. Everybody who follows this healing protocol, steps on the path of facing their adversity and doing the hard work to allow their spirit to go higher towards God’s love and light.

We live in a world of polarities, a unity of opposites: up versus down, light versus dark, warm versus cold, ‘+’ versus ‘-‘, and more. The planet Earth itself has a north pole and a south pole. Remove one of these poles, and the planet will cease to exist. Humanity also exists between two polarities: good versus evil or light versus dark, and neither of these polarities will ever disappear. Every human spirit/soul lives at a certain point between these two polarities: some dwell closer to the positive side where unconditional love, divine light and everything good can be found (health, beauty and happiness), while some gravitate closer to the negative side.

The further away from the positive polarity a spirit lives, the less access to real truth it has, and the more it is lost and confused. This person may be quite intelligent and have impressive qualifications, but his/her spirit is groping in the dark. These individuals live as victims of all kinds of things in the world: victims of microbes, victims of circumstances and victims of people they meet on the way. As victims they are constantly looking for someone to blame for their diseases, misfortunes and ‘bad luck’. The more they follow the path of a victim, the sicker their bodies become. Why? Because their spirits/souls want to go higher – towards unconditional love and divine light. But, instead, they are descending lower into darkness and cold – places devoid of any love. No love – no health! Putting yourself into a position of a victim is the most dangerous thing a human being can do! It is the path of self-destruction.

To make things even more challenging, the human society on the planet Earth encourages victimisation. It can be enough to read mainstream news in the morning, as if it has been specifically designed to get everybody into a position of a victim. Even positive people are sometimes drawn into victimisation; it is addictive to complain and commiserate about all the wrongs of the world; victimisation is contagious. Victimisation makes people fearful. Fear is never your friend; it drags your spirit low and can even make you vindictive and aggressive. In short, victimisation brings your spirit down to a low, dark level where healing from any disease is impossible.

How can a person in that situation recover from a chronic illness? In order to have any hope of recovery they must stop being a victim. They must raise their spirit higher – closer to divine light and unconditional love. But, how? There is a perfect tool to do that! This tool is simple and available to all of us all the time. It is called – gratitude! Gratitude transforms all negative energy into positive! If somebody or something is making your life hard, thank them for it. Thank them for bringing a spiritual lesson to you, an adversity which helps your spirit grow. The harder the adversity someone has brought to you, the more grateful you should be to this person. You don’t have to thank them directly; you can do it in your mind; the important thing is to feel genuine gratitude toward this person. Express gratitude to ‘bad’ events in your life, ‘bad’ circumstances, and anything else you made yourself a victim of. Be grateful for your disease; it makes your spirit grow! Try to make it a habit to be grateful for everything life brings to you, no matter how harsh it may seem.

There are multiple testimonies in books and online from people who used gratitude to transform their lives. They describe great emotional relief gratitude brought to them, how it removed negative feelings, despair, and hopelessness, and how it helped them heal from chronic illnesses. Some describe how gratitude reduced physical pain in their bodies, melted grief in their hearts, gave them hope and made them look at the world in a much more positive way. Some describe how they had to face their pride, conceit, self-righteousness, and other negative characteristics to become truly grateful.

People who recovered from severe chronic illnesses using the GAPS Nutritional Protocol finish up feeling deeply grateful for getting the illness in the first place! Getting seriously ill seemed like a disaster at the start, but the healing journey they went through transformed them spiritually and made their lives much more meaningful and beautiful. GAPS brings divine light and unconditional love into this world!

When you bring light into a dark place, the darkness disappears. Then you can see clearly and can access the truth which you could not find before. Being grateful for your disease, for the healing journey you are going through, grateful for every experience in your life and every person life brings to you will transform your spirit. Gratitude will allow your spirit to move higher towards divine light and unconditional love. It will accelerate your healing and make your life so much more fulfilling and joyful!

Let us all be grateful for GAPS, for our GAPS community and all the healing we have witnessed in people over the years! Let us be grateful for this amazing world we live in: a world where chronic diseases have become very common and are getting more severe. These diseases are accelerating the spiritual growth of humanity. People who healed through the GAPS Protocol became better human beings! Their spiritual essence has moved closer to the Grand Creator. We don’t know precisely how many people around the world have healed through the GAPS Nutritional Protocol, but they can probably be counted in millions. Many other healing protocols have stemmed from the GAPS concept, helping more people to heal. On the spiritual level this is phenomenal – millions of souls are rising higher towards unconditional love and light of God! If only our human eyes could see how much light we have brought into this material dimension in the last twenty years! If only we could see the beauty of it all! And every person who healed from a debilitating chronic illness using GAPS is compelled to talk to others, to teach others and help them to do the same. They are helping other sprites/souls to rise higher toward divine love and light. And nothing can stop them!

I would like to thank all recovered and recovering GAPS people, GAPS children in particular, for going through their healing journey – a very hard, long, and arduous journey of healing from chronic illnesses with the GAPS Nutritional Protocol. Please, accept my deepest gratitude!

I would like to thank all the GAPS Practitioners and GAPS Coaches for helping people all over the world to heal! Most of you had your own healing journey first before becoming a GAPS professional. Please, accept my respect and gratitude! We shall continue raising the spiritual level of humanity, bringing more divine light into this physical dimension, more unconditional love and beauty. We will help those who are struggling to get out of humanity’s habitual victimisation. Every one of us is doing the GAPS work because we want to do it, it is our calling, our mission, and it brings our souls infinite love and joy. Let us thank the Grand Creator for giving us this amazing opportunity!
