For Sale: Unique GAPS-Inspired Regenerative Farm – UK

I wanted to share with you that Hannah Martin, one of our Certified GAPS Coaches, is selling her GAPS-inspired farm.

Hannah writes:

My name is Hannah Martin. I’m a Certified GAPS Coach, and have been dedicated to the GAPS lifestyle for over 3 years. Many of you may know about our small regenerative and sustainable farm here in the UK — but what you may not know is that we’re now offering it for sale.

We’re relocating to New Zealand so my family can return home, and I hope to continue my GAPS work there, with dreams of establishing a GAPS retreat. In the meantime, we’re seeking someone special to carry forward what we’ve built here.


Our 500-year-old timber-framed, listed farmhouse has been our home for over 30 years. It’s pesticide-free, chemical-free, and teeming with biodiversity — a truly rare and healthy environment for animals, plants, and people alike. The farm is fully set up for sustainable food production, harvesting, storage, and preservation. The land supports a breeding flock of Shetland sheep, a large breeding and laying flock of hens, enough pasture raised table poultry for a family for a year, 3 pigs, and as a result of our regenerative farming practices, the rich, lush pasture and wonderful soil life will also support a family cow and beef calf or other dairy animals. It’s ready to go, complete with:

  • Harvest kitchen, log cabin/studio/office, multiple high tunnels, greenhouse, barns, preserving shed, freezer store and cellar
  • Pasture-raised poultry, lambs, and pork
  • Fermented, dried, and cured foods (including bacon)
  • A closed flock of strong, healthy, unvaccinated Shetland sheep (32-year lineage)
  • Mixed laying hens, Niederrheiner cockerel, and two excellent farm cats
  • Mature beautifully landscaped and planted gardens with vegetables, berries, grapes, heritage apples and pears, stone fruit, and heritage rhubarb
  • Herbs and botanicals for culinary, medicinal, and skincare use
  • Organically tanned sheepskins from our flock
We raise nearly all our own meat and as a result of our regenerative farming practices, the rich, lush pasture and wonderful soil life will also support a family cow or dairy animals. The land and infrastructure also lend themselves well to a community farm or a potential GAPS retreat right here in the UK. (It may be of interest to note that currently the privately owned, separate title converted barn next door is also for sale thus extending the possibilities for a larger property).

We’d love to pass this home on to someone who shares our passion for the GAPS lifestyle, regenerative agriculture, and living in harmony with nature.
