A Letter from Margaret Paul, Ph.D

Dear Dr. Natasha,

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your book, "Gut And Psychology Syndrome." And I want you to know why I am so thankful.

After being a sickly child and adolescent, in my early 20s I started to research what creates health and well-being. Fortunately, through my own experimentation and listening carefully to my body, I created a diet for myself that is very much like GAPS, which I have been following for the last 51 years. I'm now 73 and extremely healthy. I've been eating only organic for 51 years, no processed foods, raw dairy, home-made kefir, grass-fed meats, free-range, etc. My children were brought up on these foods as well. No one believes I'm 73, I'm full of energy and I rarely get sick. Most others my age have arthritis and I don't. I was very delighted to read that the GAPS diet almost exactly mirrors what I've been doing.

Now on to why I'm so grateful to you. I'm a psychologist - in practice for 44 years, and an internationally known best-selling author. I've developed an extremely powerful psychological and spiritual healing process called Inner Bonding - which is now in a computer program called Selfquest. My frustration with my clients is that they have such a hard time staying connected with their feelings and their inner guidance. I have a very easy time with both of these, and I've known it is because of how I eat. I've always encouraged my clients and others to stop eating all processed food and I've shared with them how I eat. But my saying this is one thing. You saying it is quite another.

Now, I'm insisting that all my many clients and members of my website read your book. In fact, it's the current book club book on my membership site. I know that these people cannot heal emotionally and spiritually without following your protocol.

One of the things I teach people is that when they can raise their 'frequency' high enough, they can hear their higher guidance, which I do easily all day long. We teach that one way of raising frequency is to open to learning about what is in one's highest good. What I now understand from your book is that they are too toxic to raise their frequency, while I'm not due to how I've been eating for so long. A toxic body and brain cannot connect with self, others or inner wisdom. I am very hopeful that more and more of my clients and attendees to my workshops and intensives will be healing their gut through reading your book and following through with your protocol. Not only can your work put many doctors out of business, but many psychologists as well - which I'm all for!

I want your book to be huge internationally and if there is anything I can do to help and support you in this, please let me know. I hope you take a look at our websites at http://www.innerbonding.com and http://selfquest.com.

Many blessings to you,

Margaret Paul, Ph.D.
